Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Bodyshop, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflow and enhance overall performance.
• Monitor and control costs, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Bodyshop management role, demonstrating successful leadership and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes, materials, and industry trends.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
