You would be joining a leading automation services provider with a reputation for excellence and innovation. They help their customers to automate any manufacturing process, from simple to complex, across a range of sectors.

You will be able to apply your technical engineering background (think of your previous days as a Controls Systems/Automation Engineer within industrial automation) to ensure your project teams meet their project deadlines without compromising on the quality of solutions to customers.

This role would not be the best fit if you do not have industrial automation experience - this is an essential skill and those who are more in the IT sector/general PM experience will not be able to be considered.

Whether it's Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Energy, Aerospace or Logistics, they have the expertise and experience to handle it.

You will be joining a small team of Project Managers to manage the full project life cycle from initial request to the final handover.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for specifying and delivering projects to meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • You are slick in planning and controlling milestones, risk management, internal and external reporting, supplier management and quality control.
  • You are a team player who is decisive, adaptable and accountable whilst having a genuine interest in actively developing those who report to you.

This role will require you to work in their Bristol office for three days a week, so you must be willing to relocate or already be within a commutable distance of Bristol.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and successful company that values its people and rewards their performance.

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum dependent on experience plus benefits including 25 days holiday entitlement and private medical.
