CAD Technician / Draughtsperson required for a Regional Contractor based in Kent

CAD Technician / Draughtsperson Position Overview

* Using AutoCAD

* Reporting directly to the Director, this appointment involves all aspects of mechanical design for heavy machinery, extrusion tooling and process plant, and also the provision of technical documentation and support to the clients national client base

* The successful applicant will be working on Construction sites, and will be client facing.

CAD Technician / Draughtsperson Position Requirements

* Experience of AutoCAD and other 3D packages

* Knowledge of the Construction industry

* Willingness to travel on average 2 - 3 times per year

* Solid practical experience and understanding of inspection and quality control procedures

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, working 08.00 - 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary dependent on experience likely £20 - £30k
