KAP Technical are currently working with a manufacturer who are expanding into prototypes and are looking to recruit the following on long term contracts

Auto Electrician / Auto Electrical Technician

Training will be given for working on electrified vehicles.


Requirements


Auto Electrician / Auto Electrical Technician
As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for:

  • Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
  • Modifying electrical circuits Loom building and installation
  • Removing, fitting, and upgrading interior and exterior parts.
  • Running diagnostics on vehicles to determine faults.
  • Working on new technologies P/HEV M/HEV.


We are looking for an Automotive Electrician with the following: City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Motor Vehicle Studies (OR equivalent)

Experience gained in a relevant automotive environment such as an independent garage, main dealership, or aftermarket service provider is also a massive advantage
