ProTalent is excited to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing Top-20 accountancy practice in Reading in the search for an Audit Senior Manager. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be joining an expert team that works hard to provide exceptional standards and has a strong focus on innovation and technology.

As the Audit Senior Manager, you will report to the Head of Division Partner and take on core responsibilities that include building long-lasting client relationships, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and leading and managing audit assignments to completion. You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of junior staff and ensuring that all assignments are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 3-4 years PQE in practice and 7 years of UK practice experience. You should also have previous experience operating at an Audit Manager level and have proven experience of producing high-quality audits. Additionally, you should have excellent client relationship skills, a proactive approach, and strong IT skills.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £60k-£70k, a challenging and rewarding role, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this forward-thinking accountancy practice.
