Audit Senior Associate
Our client's audit team emphasizes building positive client relationships and delivering high-quality audit services, ensuring a seamless process for businesses. We stay abreast of auditing standards and paperless audit software developments, aiming to stay ahead in the industry.
The ideal candidate will:
- Manage audit planning and fieldwork for a client portfolio.
- Deliver high-quality, compliant financial statements.
- Identify areas of risk in a client's business and define appropriate audit approaches.
- Review team members' work to ensure audit objectives are met.
- Assist in managing, motivating, mentoring, and developing a team.
- Utilize in-depth client knowledge to address challenging and complex issues.
You will thrive in this role if you are ACA/ACCA fully/part-qualified, understand the bigger picture, possess strong supervisory skills, and have effective project management techniques.
Responsibilities include delivering services to a diverse client portfolio with turnovers up to £60m, being part of a hardworking team of professionals, and contributing to a shared goal in an open-plan office with a flat structure.
The right candidate will:
