About the Role:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join us as an Audit Semi- Senior at Williams Giles Professional Services Ltd. in Sittingbourne. In this role, you will work within a well-established team, providing high-quality accounting and financial services to our diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Audit Semi- Senior, your responsibilities will include:

  • Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.
  • Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.
  • Attend courses to ensure technical knowledge is maintained and that CPD is complied with.

Role Specific:

  • Planning and designing auditing projects and tasks.
  • Managing and supervising the auditor team and their performance.
  • Ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance in audits and financial reports.
  • Identifying and resolving risk and control issues.
  • Meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

  • Part qualified/qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable and reliable team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Managing Processes and good organisation skills to minimise time spent on administration.
  • Confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
