Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in Tonbridge Wells. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services.

• Supervise and mentor audit team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance audit methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive firm initiatives, contribute to business development efforts, and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Previous experience in audit within a reputable accounting firm, at the Manager level.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proven leadership abilities, including experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
