Job Purpose

• Manage audits from planning to completion, including field work.
• Work closely with partners and directors to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving.
• Overseeing staff on assignments, providing constructive mentorship.
• Leading staff training and nurturing junior talent.
• Identifying and resolving audit issues.
• Presenting audit planning and closing meetings, providing trusted input.
• Supporting recruitment and business development.
• Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

The Successful Applicant

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at demonstrable audit experience within practice.
• Adept at leading audits from planning to completion.
• Previous supervisory experience with great people management skills.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.
• Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
• Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
