Audit Manager, £55K-£70K, Director Progression, Weybridge

- My client is a 5 Partner Firm in the heart of Surrey with easy access from the M25, A3 and 35-minute train journey from London Waterloo. They are expanding into over 3 offices in the Surrey region, gaining new clients both organically and with their excellent reputation.

Your new role
- Managing a portfolio of clients from both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, reporting to Directors and Partners- Ensuring assignments are in accordance with the firm's procedures and confirming arrangements with the client and other internal departments.
- Always ensure quality assurance and compliance with the firm's procedures.
- Brief and oversee staff on assignments, providing on the job training as required, liaising with senior client staff to ensure the assignment is completed as per the agreed terms.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be an ACA or ACCA qualified candidate or equivalent- Stable experience working within a similar-sized chartered accountancy firm.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, whether written, via telephone or via face to face in meetings.
- Locality to Weybridge with the ability to visit clients when needed.
What you'll get in return
- You will receive a salary dependent on experience up to £70,000.- Progression to director level. Many staff members have progressed from trainee to director within 10 years.

This client operates core hours between 10am and 3pm with working hours structured around that to promote flexibility regarding commuting or any school runs and other commitments.
