We have partnered with a Top 10 firm in Birmingham, to seek a talented individual to join their Auditing team.

This vacancy is an excellent opportunity for someone who is already in an Associate Director position and looking for better flexibility or an Audit Senior Manager who is looking for growth and development.

Your role as an Audit Associate Director:

• The role will focus on overseeing a team which is responsible for providing a wide range of services from internal and external audit, finance due diligence, variations, management accounts through to payroll.
• Your duties will include audit work and setting budgets, booking of staff and planning review.
• Prepare proposals for new work, attendance at marketing events, identification and development of opportunities for the firm.
• You will ensure that clients receive an excellent service and exceed all expectations.
• Manage and motivate the staff to ensure best performance.

What you'll need to succeed:

• ACA, CA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
• Significant external audit experience gained within a professional services environment in the UK.
• Experience in working with entrepreneurial, OMB, SME and AIM listed clients.
• Working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, industry specifics and attendance of networking events.
