Ambition is delighted to be working with Top 50 firm, who are looking for an assistant manager to join the team due to continued levels of exciting growth across the business. They will give you the necessary support you need to achieve your audit career goals.

The Role
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be a key member of this team, with your work valued, and rewarded. The firm has an established client base, ranging across hospitality, charities, real estate, professional practices, and more.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting senior members of the team on audit assignments
- Delegating work to members of the team
- Managing and assisting with fieldwork
- Reviewing and completing files
- Highlighting key issues to the audit RI
- Liaising with clients
- Setting budgets and negotiating fees
- Raising invoices
- Tracking delivery against budgets / identifying any cause of overruns.
- Involvement with appraisals/reviews and identifying training needs.
- Business development work and attending networking events.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Qualification
- Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
- Strong experience leading audits from planning to completion
- Right to Work in the UK (Company unable to provide sponsorship)
