Investigo are exclusively partnering with a global PE backed digital technology company which are going through some impressive growth and expansion. Seeking an Audit and Tax Manager. This opportunity will give you incredible exposure and experience at Group level, working closely with the Group CFO!

FULLY REMOTE POSITION!

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + bonus

Location: Fully remote, (possibly going to the London office once a month if needed).

Job Description:

  • Assisting the Group CFO with global audits, coordinating multiple audits across the Group
  • Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of annual financial statements
  • Supporting the audit of the Group Consolidation.
  • Compliance monitoring of statutory reports & filings globally.
  • Ensuring adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards, especially IFRS 16
  • Responsible for communicating underlying financial trends (analysis & insights) to finance leadership team
  • Mentoring a couple of PQ Accounts in the team

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • Strong audit background (open to first movers into industry)
  • MUST have strong technical knowledge around IFRS 16, IFRS 15 and IFRS 9
  • Excellent Tax knowledge
  • Able to multi task and work through multiple audits
  • Assertive, professional and confident, happy to push back if needed
  • Able to liaise confidential with the Senior Leadership Team
