• Job Title: ACT Pharmacy Technician Band 4/5
• Location: Bedfordshire
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: Full time (Monday - Friday), part-time will also be considered.  
• Start Date: April 2024
• End Date: 6 months contract, with the opporuntiyt to extend. 
• Rate of pay: £14- £22 per hour.

A Day in the life of a Pharmacy Technician

As a Band 4/5 Locum ACT Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role doing the final checking on medication befoe it is dispensed to paitents. 

• Supply medicines to patients and assemble medicines for prescriptions
• Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
• Helping the ATOs with checking when needed.

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

• Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacy Technian 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Working hours and contract duration:

This position is Monday to Friday, with the option of working 3, 4 or 5 days per week!
