Expanding manufacturing group in rural Carmarthenshire - adding an extra head due to business growth.
Reporting to the Financial Controller. A development role for a hungry ambitious accountant who is keen to progress. A brand new additional role to add to the structure of this growing finance team. The team currently is made up of 5 people.
Key Duties:

  • Deputise for the Financial Controller
  • Take on some of the team management responsibility
  • Varied financial and management accounting duties/UK and European reporting
  • Interesting project work on process improvements and use of AI technology
  • Involvement in internal and external audit requirements
  • Financial close responsibilities



The ideal candidate will need to have an advanced knowledge of Excel and be able to manipulate and interpret large volumes of data, have a methodical and can do attitude and be able to work to tight time scales.
As well as this they will need to be very hands on and enjoy rolling sleeves up and be able to step in and cover within a small busy team.
