Job Title: Associate Resourcer

Location: Chertsey

Salary: Up to £25,000 basic, OTE £45,000 (Experience Dependent)

Responsibilities:

• Source high-quality candidates for job roles within the technical sector
• Manage the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a positive and seamless process
• Utilise and update CRM system in line with company processes
• Monitor daily KPIs to track progress and performance
• Maintain an excellent telephone manner in all interactions with candidates and clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is not needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and driven with a desire to succeed
