I am thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm as a Senior Associate/Associate Residential Property Conveyancer within their dynamic Property Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of property matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion
- Opening files and progressing matters efficiently
- Keeping clients up to date with costs estimates
- Undertaking business development activities
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors in a professional and timely manner
- Use your technical experience and knowledge to support & mentor the wider team as required
Requirements:
- 10 Years + PQE
- Proven track record in handling all aspects of Residential Property, with the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of business development
- Robust IT skills, including proficiency in case management systems
- Experience in mentoring junior staff members is a distinct advantage
