Associate Recruitment Consultant

As an Associate recruitment consultant, you'll be joining our Town planning team where you will be recruiting White Collar professionals on a contract basis.

Once trained, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. Including finding talent through various sourcing methods, telephone screening, interview booking, all the way through to job offers.

With no threshold for your first 6 months, a warm desk and strong client relationships already secured, the earning potential on this desk is great so if you are money driven and resilient then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to identify potential candidates to fulfil clients requirements within your specialised field.
  • Identify client expectations and needs, analyse job descriptions, and provide well matched candidates.
  • Utilise various candidate attraction strategies - eg. LinkedIn, advert writing, job boards.
  • Manage candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial interaction through to candidates start dates.
  • Deliver the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new business opportunities via multi—media channels.
  • Plan & conduct regular business development activity with current clients to maintain and further develop relationships.

  • Customer service or Sales experience
