My client are a market-leading Consultancy who specialise in headhunting top talent across the Investment Banking sector. You will partner with leading clients such as UBS, JP Morgan and more, helping them scale with high level candidates at the very top of their field.

Working in a 180 capacity, you will be given the tools, training and time to master your craft and build out your talent pool, before presenting suitable options to your peers before shortlisting for exclusive vacancies with your clients.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your role will be dynamic, challenging and highly lucrative. With uncapped commission on offer on top of an already-competitive basic salary, your financial destiny is in your own hands as you climb the career ladder inside this well-regarded Recruitment company.

The Role:

  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing & interviewing candidates.
  • Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
  • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.
