Associate Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic Property & Construction Consultancy is currently undergoing an exciting period of expansion and looking to add a hands-on Associate Quantity Surveyor to their Birmingham City Centre office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving team of 50 working across a broad variety sectors including Commercial Office, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Hotel & Leisure, Residential, Student Accommodation & Retail.

Based out of their Birmingham office, in a hybrid working role 3 days per week in the office, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead projects in a client facing capacity and will be supported by a number of junior surveyors. Involved in line management, project delivery and the chance to get more involved in Business Development and networking - if this is of interest!

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Experience working within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A successful track record delivering projects
• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• The desire to manage junior surveyors
