Associate - Private Wealth Disputes

We are seeking an Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join my clients Private Wealth Disputes Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a leading law firm and provides access to high-quality work and long-term career opportunities, including progression to Partnership.

Day to day of the role:

  • Manage your own caseload of mixed private wealth dispute matters.
  • Assist the Partner and Senior Associates with complex and involved instructions.
  • Take on day-to-day responsibility for matters under the supervision of senior lawyers.
  • Support and develop less-experienced members of the department.
  • Play an active role in marketing and business development activities.
  • Contribute to the strategic aims of the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Wealth Disputes.
  • 2-4 years of PQE or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Interest in marketing and business development activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for client service.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Open to considering alternative working patterns and flexible arrangements.
