Associate - PM

Your new company
You will work for a Design and Property Consultancy based in Derbyshire. They operate as a multi disciplinary, covering Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management. They work across a wealth of sectors including: Education, healthcare, commercial and emergency services. They have a large amount of work from the public sector, however they also cover projects across the private sector
Your new role
You will work as an Associate within their PM team, working on projects from inception to completion. You will work on large capital projects as well as small works. You will work on commercial properties and all within an hour\'s commute from their Derby office, offering local roles and hardly any travel!
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have experience in pre and post contract work, within a commercial sector. You will have experience working for a client side or consultancy, and be able to manage contractors and sub contractors as well as other consultants.
What you\'ll get in return
You will get a salary between £60000 - £70000 as well as benefits including 33 days annual leave, and a 37 hour working week.
