Our client, an established planning and surveying consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Planner to work out of their Colchester offices. The successful Associate Planner can expect to take on a varied workload, preparing applications for land, rural, residential and commercial developments.

Ideally candidates will have a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline and will be a Chartred Member of the RTPI. Extensive town planning experience (within the private sector) is essential as is the ability to prepare high quality written reports.

Within the role the successful Associate Planner will undertake site development appraisals, deliver expert strategic planning advice to clients, prepare planning applications and appeals and mentor junior members of the team.
