About our client

Our client is a highly successful private capital advisor with primary fundraising and secondary advisory arms. They are now looking to expand their global secondaries advisory practice by adding an Associate in London. In this role, you will be responsible for advising institutional and other investors on the sale or restructuring of their portfolios within private equity and infrastructure.

  • Supporting the execution of secondary transactions by advising on sales and restructuring of clients' portfolios
  • Performing market analyses to generate potential new business leads, preparing meeting materials and participating actively in meetings with prospective clients
  • Analysing alternative investment portfolios
  • Preparing transaction information (e.g. memoranda, data room materials, investor presentations)
  • Communicating with, organising and attending due diligence meetings with prospective buyers
  • Communicating regularly with, reporting to and attending meetings with clients
Who we are looking for

  • Strong academic background
  • Previous experience within a technical role either in investment banking, accounting or consulting or M&A advisory or secondary advisory experience
  • Good modelling skills coupled with an analytical mindset - on the job technical training will be provided
  • Ability to work well within an efficient, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
