Employment Solicitor / Associate - 3 - 6 PQE

A major firm in the South West, due to continued development and expansion is looking for an Employment Associate to join their outstanding department in Bristol. Their award winning and highly regarded team is currently made up of both Fee Earning capacity and supporting staff members.
The Employment Team deals with all aspects of employment law including litigation & advisory work for both employers & employees.
The work is varied with no two cases the same. You can expect to manage:

  • unfair dismissal claims
  • discrimination
  • whistleblowing matters


Work will be a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters on high quality and high value work. This really is an integral hire for the firm and you will hold a key role within the entire Employment department.
You will be expected to manage complex cases within employment tribunals and high court litigation, TUPE management issues, redundancies, assisting clients with terminations and various other matters such as discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
As Associate Solicitor, you will benefit from handling a diverse and challenging contentious caseload; acting on behalf of Respondent's & Claimant's from the very point a dispute arises right through to trial so no two days are ever the same.
