Role: Associate Director of Analytics

Location: London, UK

Harmonic is proud to be partnered with a rapid-growth media agency that works with some of the world's most forward-thinking companies. Analytics is at the heart of everything they do, currently, they sit at a headcount of 50 employees, with 30 of them making up the Analytics department.

They help clients grow by unearthing actionable insights and developing revenue-generating ideas. To support their rapid growth, they are looking for a highly skilled leader with a passion for quant research and social listening.

You will take ownership of 2-3 key clients and be responsible for taking ownership of analysis and methodologies, managing delivery expectations and presenting to business partners and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead client analytics conversations, building rapport and presenting to business partners and key stakeholders
  • Lead multi-market research projects from end to end, including collaborating and leading analysts
  • Utilise a range of analytical tools and data sources to provide in-depth analysis
  • Draw upon a variety of data sets to produce methodical analysis
  • Understand client needs and gaps in the market to define new cases for data and take learnings from projects
  • Be responsible for training the analytics team and lead on delivery
  • Demonstrate initiative towards growth and self-development, actively seeking areas to improve and implement best practice
  • Identify the most important client challenges to solve and align recommendations with key client and business needs

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience working with Brandwatch showcasing a deep understanding of customer insights and an ability to make sense of what is happening in the market and create a story
  • Experience working across the consumer industry
  • Significant experience in managing analytics teams
  • Extensive experience working in Web Analytics (agency-side preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex business challenges
  • Effective communication skills to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary: £75,000 + Benefits
