Your new role
As the Associate Director, you will join the lease advisory team to play a crucial role in providing strategic advice and valuation services to clients, ensuring the optimisation of their real estate assets. As part of this, you will lead and manage lease advisory projects including rent reviews, lease renewals and conduct comprehensive property valuations. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients will play a crucial part of the role and you will work collaboratively with the asset and property management teams.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should be an experienced Lease Advisory Surveyor and ideally be MRICS with Registered Valuer status. Strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence is preferred for this role.
