This planning consultancy has experienced remarkable growth, even during the pandemic, boasting its biggest-ever order book. As specialists in sustainability-focused projects across multiple disciplines, they have been recognised for their outstanding service through receiving multiple awards. The business is currently in the process of becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), which provides a unique chance to assist the future growth of the business that rewards everyone for their service & contribution.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, client liaison, conceptual & technical design and the overall management of projects. This will be mostly office-based with some flexibility, and site visits when required.
This role suits someone at the Senior Landscape Architect or Associate Director level who has the ambition to become a Director in the near future.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an award-winning architecture design practice. With the opportunity to own a stake within the business alongside colleagues who share the same passion for developing this market-leading consultancy.
The Role:
*Associate Director with a clear career path to becoming a Director within 12 months
*Responsible for leading a team, client liaison, conceptual & technical design and the overall management of projects.
*Focus on pre-planning assessments, including Landscape and Visual Impacts (LVIA)
*Office based in central Liverpool with some travel when required
The Person:
*Senior Landscape Architect or Associate Director
*Broad landscape experience with an emphasis on Landscape master planning and the production of LVIA and landscape assessments
*A desire to play a significant part in the consultancy's future growth and success
*Can-do attitude
*Full UK Driving License
