Join the ranks of a leading international Lloyd's broker in a senior position as an Associate Director - Healthcare Broker. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of healthcare providers across the US and internationally. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for managing existing client base of wholesale brokers, identifying new business opportunities, producing business and developing new relationships and navigating a book that encompasses both open market and binders.

The Opportunity

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, underwriters, and clients within the healthcare industry.
• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Lead negotiations and placements of risk, ensuring optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients, addressing their insurance needs effectively.
• Drive business development efforts to increase market share and revenue streams.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or related fields, with a focus on healthcare.
• Proven track record of successfully managing wholesale relationships and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics within the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
