Role: Associate Director / Contract Business Manager - IT

Based: City, London

Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 + potential guarantee, OTE £100,000-130,000

Based: On-site 5 days per week

I have a client in the city, of London who is actively looking to hire an Associate Director IT Contract who will be tasked with the day-to-day leadership of one of the following teams: -

  • An IT Contract New Business Sales Division - 15 Heads

Or

  • A strategic Account Management Team consists of 4 very experienced IT Contract Account Managers and an IT Contract Delivery team of 7 heads!

Each of these teams is supplying clients with IT Contract professionals in the UK and Europe, typically working on Technologies like: - Cloud, Data, Development, and Emerging Tech.

? Both of these leadership options are non-billing roles and will require someone with strong man-management and on-the-job coaching, to drive growth and performance.

? A background in IT Contract Recruitment is essential, ideally across European markets.

? You’ll possess experience managing teams of circa 5-10 heads that are focused on new business sales/Strategic accounts.

? You'll need a strong background in the 360 New Business Sales lifecycle.

? These business units have multiple Senior Recruiters who are billing iro £500,000 - £1M.

? They have an excellent business culture, and they’re looking for a proven leader who can help this function grow further.
