Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid with 1-2 days in Slough office.

Salary: up to £42,000 per annum.

As an Associate Digital Media Manager, you will have the freedom to develop the media strategy for their market-leading brands.

The Role

As an Associate Digital Media Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the team in developing and executing digital media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with senior members of the team to optimise campaigns, analyse data and contribute to the overall success of their digital media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the wider team to shape their digital plans that really deliver success.
  • Assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360 etc.
  • Lead the activation of your campaigns with their agency partner; ensuring in-platform and Global best practices are followed.
  • Take ownership of in-flight campaign management, ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
  • Grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.
  • Support their data and Analytics team with performance and insights analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 years + experience with paid social/programmatic media marketing and campaign management (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, DV360, Google Ads etc.)
  • Experience in digital roles working with other Account Executives / Account Managers / Programmatic Traders
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organization skills to keep on top of volume of spend and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
