Associate Building Surveyor
A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to enhance their Newcastle team.
This role provides an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Associate Building Surveyor to act as a pivotal support to the Partner, who is planning to retire within the next few years.
The Associate Building Surveyors' role
The consultancy has recently secured the next phase of a significant £4m heritage project. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in this project, with a primary focus on design and specification.
Additionally, the Associate Building Surveyor will manage a varied project portfolio across multiple sectors including housing, leisure, arts, healthcare, education, and commercial.
This position offers a significant long-term career prospect, including the potential to advance to Partner level.
The Associate Building Surveyor
- Qualified with MRICS
- Design, specification & contract administration experience would be beneficial
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment
- A personable, ambitious and driven individual
