Associate Building Surveyor
A leading construction and property consultancy across both England and Scotland, are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their thriving Glasgow office.
The Associate Building Surveyor role
Working closely with the Head of Building Surveying, the new Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the team with project delivery across a variety of markets such as office, retail, industrial, private healthcare, student accommodation, hotel and leisure.
As well as this, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will be involved in client management and business development activities.
The Associate Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification, with substantial experience in building surveying.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, able to manage both projects and teams effectively.
- Proven track record in business development, capable of identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Strong technical knowledge in professional services, particularly in building surveys, defect analysis, and dilapidations.
