Assistant Tax Manager / North West / £55,000 DOE with Benefits

Marks Sattin are collaborating with a well-established independent Practice that are currently going through some growth and are wanting to expand their tax team in the North West by bringing in a Corporate Tax Specialist.

The Role:

This role will be responsible to support the Tax Partner's in the Practice. While having a family feel to the business it will offer career progression as well as a relaxed, but professional & collaborative place to work.

  • Managing diverse client portfolios.
  • Preparation and review of Corporation Tax returns.
  • Identifying / enhancing tax planning opportunities.
  • Contribute to the business development of the firm, forming long-term relationships with clients.
  • Support junior members of the team with their training and development, aiding their progression through training and reviewing.
  • Occasional support with personal tax portfolios (If possessing experienced in personal tax)

Skills:

  • Corporate Tax experience.
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or working towards
  • Experience engaging with internal & External stakeholders
