Assistant Syndicate Controller
An excellent opportunity for a syndicate accounting professional to take the next step in their career with an exciting and expanding organisation. The role will develop into taking overall responsibility for the entire syndicate financial, regulatory and management reporting. The ideal individual for this is for a person currently operating as a senior syndicate accountant or working in insurance audt. Duties will range from:
- Managing the delivery of the syndicate accounts and all related reports and analysis
- Oversight of Lloyd's regulatory reporting - QMA, QMB, SITUS, NAIC etc
- Management of the close process
- Supporting and mentoring less senior team members (leading to team management)
- Production of management reports and analysis of results
- Involvement in wider commercial based reporting to support business managers
- Development of enhanced processes in line with company growth
A Lloyd's accounting background is essential for this role.
