Full time | £30,000 + bonus

Come and join Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow + Rock, part of the Outdoor & Cycle Concepts group, who are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Kensington.

You’ll be a key partner to the Store Manager, creating a seamless experience for all customers whilst combining your love for the outdoors with your drive, enthusiasm and leadership skills!

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with core operational processes relating to inventory and stock, audits, and banking
• Being a role model to inspire the team to deliver a premium level of customer service
• Creating a premium and inclusive shopping experience by connecting with customers to understand their specific needs and wants
• Leading and motivating the store team in the Store Manager’s absence
• Working closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of presentation across the store and implementing seasonal campaigns and promotions

• Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve group objectives
• A customer-first approach with experience in supporting customers find the perfect product for their adventures
• An understanding of how a store operates, including: compliance, processes, and visual merchandising
• A one team mentality to consistently contribute to the development and improvement of your store and team
