Are you an experienced Finishing Foreperson looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client is seeking a talented individual to work on a new build large scale housing development site

Reporting into the Site Based Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing trades on a daily basis and snagging units to a high-end finish. You will also be responsible for assisting sub-contractors with plans and programs and pushing for imminent CML's. You may also be required to help finish plots off.

In addition to snagging and finishing, you will also conduct site inspections and be responsible for health and safety.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience of volume finishings and a hands-on approach. You must also hold a valid CSCS card and First Aid certification (desirable). Ideally applicants will have an internal trades background like carpentry / painting and decorating.
