Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Oxford (central)

Salary: £28,759 per annum

Hours: The role is 36.5 hours a week between 7am and 1030pm.

Job Duties:

- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth daily operations across dual sites in Oxford.

- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for staff

- Uphold health and safety standards

- Foster a positive work environment for the team
