Assistant Relationship Manager

A city based international banking group currently requires a property finance associate to support a high profile, growing lending book.  This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced assistant relationship manager / property associate to support a fast paced relationship management team who have ambitious plans for growth.  

Main Duties to Include: 

* Assisting with credit applications and loan reviews. 

* Active involvement in AML reviews/ monthly and periodically. 

* Follow appropriate account opening for new clients. 

* Deal with customer inquiries and investigate any account anomalies.

This role will involve dealing with complex transactions across commercial, investment, residential and development finance and as such the successful applicant must have cradle to grave support experience in the real estate space and comfortable dealing with transactions of this kind.
