Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: West Midlands

Package: £35,000 - £45,000 + package

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with the commercial team on a number of exciting projects in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager.
• Administration of subcontract works packages
• Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors.
• Provide information to the Commercial team.

Requirements:

• Experience working for a UK main contractor.
• Ambitions to progress to the Quantity Surveyor.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
