Company:
Market leading maintenance company that is still looking to aggressively grow. Working in a busy area that manages multiple reactive maintenance and voids contracts.

Role:
Pricing works, liaising with the client, preparing applications, approving subcontractor payments, and working closely alongside the operational team.

Education:

• Minimum A-C level of education
• Financial qualifications would be an advantage.
• NVQ Business Admin would be an advantage.
• Relevant HNC / Vocational qualifications

Experience:
Relevant experience in commercial administration to include, but not limited too, data input, using paper base and electronic filling systems, data correlation, financial input, job/finance correlation & attending meetings.

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• NHF SOR codes
• Previous experience in measuring and valuing works.
• Adaptable and take on challenges
• Communication skills
• Show an understanding of the need to provide the profitable deployment of resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Fully engage and take responsibility to deliver maximum performance
• Promote good working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers & other stakeholders
