Assistant Quantity Surveyor

You'll receive mentorship and hands-on experience to develop your skills and contribute to the success of the companies' projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the commercial team in cost estimation, budgeting, and project management.
• Learn to prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient cost control and financial management.
• Attend site visits and gain practical insights into construction processes.

Requirements:

• A passion for construction and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• A relevant degree (or equivalent) in quantity surveying or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, or industry-specific software).
