An innovative and rapidly growing Cost and Project Management Consultancy in Birmingham is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to enhance their vibrant team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

As part of their ongoing growth, the consultancy is eager to integrate an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, who will play a crucial role in a variety of exciting projects. These projects encompass areas such as Hospitality & Leisure, High-End Retail, Residential, and Commercial sectors.

The role offers a hands-on experience in these diverse sectors under the mentorship of experienced surveyors as well as the Director.

This consultancy has a proven track record successfully helping their Quantity Surveyors through the APC with a strong pass rate and are keen to support through Chartership. This could be the perfect opportunity for a Graduate or Assistant QS currently in a consultancy that feels somewhat overlooked, in need of additional 1-2-1 support, greater project diversity or exposure to help hit the next stage of their career.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Previous experience in a consultancy
• Basic pre & post contract knowledge
• Valid driving license is beneficial
• Eager to learn, grow and progress rapidly
