Main responsibilities:
• Support Property Management portfolios
• Check deal files are accurate and uploaded
• Arrange pre and end of tenancy works
• Ensure all compliance documents are up to date
• Respond to queries promptly
• Conduct property inspections
• Liaise with contractors and tenants
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience within a customer service based role.
Training & Development:
Interested in further development within the role, you will receive comprehensive
onsite training.
