We are looking for a passionate and career-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our award-winning client in various locations including London, Cambridge, Peterborough and Sandhurst. As part of the customer focused team, you will be helping our client to provide a first class service to their residents.

Our client are committed to providing all the support you need to build a successful and long term career within estate management. This includes ongoing internal training at the Academy and access to the external IRPM qualifications ensuring that you have a broad and complete view of the industry.

This is a key role in our clients estate management team. You will work in partnership with the Estate Managers to ensure we consistently deliver a high standard of performance (achieving our KPIs) and to achieve customer satisfaction. The role has 2 key parts: performing frontline communication with our customers (eg. resolving day to day queries and sending correspondence) and reactive maintenance management.
