Assistant Property Manager

Salary: Up to £30,000

Location: Marylebone

Are you a junior property professional, with experience in property management, looking to take the next step?

Cobalt are thrilled to be partnering with a highly-regarded Chartered Surveying firm, who are looking to expand their team at a junior level. They have a requirement for an Assistant Property Manager to help with the day to day management of their companies portfolio and actively contribute to the smooth running of the department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with leaseholders and answering queries

  • Assisting with organising reactive maintenance works by working with contractors

  • Helping the property managers prepare budgets for the buildings

  • Assisting with compliance and risk assessments

  • Attending AGM's and minute taking

  • Uploading information to the company system (Qube)

  • Preparing company documents for distribution

  • Assisting with general office administration where needed
