Assistant Project Manager Construction - Resi Developer

Our client is an International Developer with a need for an Assistant Project Manager to join their business and support the Project Director.They have two mixed use residential schemes in process one in West London circa 800 units and one in the US circa 1000 units.
Working closely with the Project Director you will be responsible assisting and supporting the planning and oversight of projects in the United Kingdom and overseas to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Your role will include planning and designating project resources, prepare budgets, monitoring progress, attending meetings and keeping the Director updated.
You will:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Plan resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Assist in preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Attend meetings and make notes.
• Provide project progress updates on a consistent basis to the Project Director.
• Assist in structuring requests for proposals and providing analytical support to the team.
• Helping with contract administration including the review of financials and analysis on real estate investments.
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and update the program make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
