Assistant Program Director (Seasonal)

Salary:£650 - £800 per week

Are you an experienced Assistant Program Director looking for summer employment or someone woking in education willing to take on the challenge?

Bond Education Cambridge is looking to appoint an Assistant Summer Program Director. The primary focus of this exciting role will be to assist in leading all summer programs provided for international students studying in Cambridge.

With half-board accommodation provided, the required dates are:

  • Friday 28th June - Saturday 13th July 2024
  • Friday 12th July - Saturday 27th July 2024
  • Friday 26th July - Saturday 10th August 2024

Applicants who are only available for specific weeks will be considered, so if you are only available part-time, we would like to hear from you.

Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities are:

  • To assist as a program ambassador and a first point of contact of all student and staff needs
  • To assist in the overview of all schedules, ensuring clear communication to students and staff - responsible for making key amendments as needed
  • To assist with urgent enquiries and have contingency plans ready when needed
  • To have leadership experience
  • To have previous experience working in a residential setting
  • To have previous experience working with young people in a leadership role
  • To have strong knowledge of Cambridge, its history, and colleges
