What will it take to be have an opportunity to join a brand standing for over 100 years as an Assistant Manager;

• You will be currently working at Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager level.
• You will have a great commercial awareness as you gain freedom on the Visual standards in store.
• Experience working in a large turnover ideally in; Apparel, Fashion, Sports or Big Box environment.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead and develop a new store team in peak trading.
• Ability to lead the Store in the absence of the Store Manager each week.
• Desired that you have a natural passion and love for the sports industry.
• Reading of commercial reports to drive and improve Kpi and sales performance in store.
