Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? This SME £5m turnover business with over £40m of sales pipeline are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their Finance Manager
What you'll be doing:

• Providing support to the Finance Manager, ensuring smooth operation of financial activities.
• Analyzing data from various sources to provide routine and ad hoc insights.
• Producing timely management information and KPIs for diverse audiences.
• Offering insightful analysis to support operations and empower departments to manage effectively.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Part Qualified accountant.
• Experienced in financial analysis and management accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in utilizing financial systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hospitality experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Xero would be helpful.
